USPS has over 50,000 members with a wide variety of experiences and knowledge.  While we don't pretend to know everything, the courses we teach and the fun we have boating have taught us a lot.  In the interest of advertising the Power Squadron a bit, we'll be glad to try to answer any questions you might have about boats, boating, vessel safety, navigation, and the lakes, rivers, and coastal venues where we boat.  The only caveat is that we can't and won't give you professional legal or technical advice, and you should not rely on any answers we provide as your only source of information.  In most cases, we'll pass your question on to a specialist in a particular area and/or we'll probably tell you where to look for an authoritative source.
